Has anyone been able to transfer their Singlebox license form the Mac App Store?

I bought Singlebox back when it was on the Mac App Store and now I can’t install it on a new Mac. The help page directed me to create a support ticket, which I did, and have heard nothing for 9 days. Has anyone successfully accomplished this license transfer or did I just get screwed?

2 weeks now and still no answer. I do not recommend buying anything from this company. Their support is nonexistant. Pulling a paid app from the Mac App Store is sus to begin with but then just ghosting anyone who tries to migrate their license… If you’re reading this before forking over your money, look elsewhere.
