Several apps — YNAB, TutorABC, and Cambly — used to work well and supported Google login. Recently, the Google login feature stopped working. I’ve emailed their support addresses, but I only receive AI‑generated replies. I’m still waiting for a response from a human agent and haven’t heard back.
Does anyone else have this issue with Google login? Is there any way to fix it?
There’s a button to request talking to human. We currently don’t have enough manpower, we’re working to get response time back to normal in August - so sorry for the delay.
Good to hear from you. I clicked that button, but the AI said to wait until tomorrow, so I’m reaching out here for help.
Anyway, I’ve finally received a reply from the human support team—thank you so much! 
By the way, if you’re short on staff to process support tickets or emails, you might consider changing “We’ll be back online tomorrow” to:
“We have many support cases to resolve; we will get back to you as soon as possible.”
Using “tomorrow” can feel like a long delay and makes it seem like no one is available to follow up.

Signed up, had issues, tried ALL AI Generated solutions–none worked.
Asked to speak to a person.
Said would be back on SUNDAY!

Cancelled subscription immediately.
This team needs to focus on the CX experience in a big way.
I would have recommended this to colleagues.
Now will suggest they steer clear.
