How to delete Apps not needed

Hello, I need some advice and help.

I have the Basic MacBook Pro version of WebCatalog. The WC is up to date, I tried to update my WalMart app but it failed because I’m out of space. There are a ton of Apps that I will never use, is there a way to delete them to free up space? I can’t find anything on this.

Thank you in advance for any help.

Hi,

To uninstall an app on WebCatalog, please follow these steps:

  1. Open WebCatalog on your computer.

  2. In the sidebar, go to Library section.

  3. Find the app you want to uninstall.

  4. Right-click (or click the three-dot menu) on the app’s icon.

  5. Select Uninstall (or Remove).

  6. Confirm when prompted.

Let me know if this answers your question!

Hello and I apologize for the late reply. When I go to my library it just shows 3 apps, Lowes, Walmart, PetSmart. Now what do I do?

Thanks very much for your time and patience.

Hi there,

Thank you for your patience, and apologies for the delayed response.

If you’re on the Free plan, the reason you only see a few apps in your library (Lowes, Walmart, PetSmart) is because the free version of WebCatalog limits you to two installed apps at a time. To add or update another app, you’ll need to uninstall one of the existing ones first. You can remove apps one by one in WebCatalog, and once you’ve freed up space, you’ll be able to install or update the Walmart app again. (Please refer to the uninstall steps I shared previously.)

If you’re on the Pro version, you should be able to install and manage as many apps as you like. In this case, the issue is likely related to local storage rather than plan limitations. If the problem continues, performing a quick reset or reinstall of WebCatalog usually resolves storage and update issues.

Please let me know which plan you’re on, and I’ll be happy to walk you through the exact steps.

No worries. Thank you very much for getting back to me. I understand it now. Have a wonderful day.
