Problem
I’m experiencing a scaling issue where popup dialogs appear much smaller in WebCatalog than they do in Chrome browser. This makes the dialogs difficult to read and interact with.
Example
When using SharpTools, the “Select Speed” popup dialog displays at normal size in Chrome but appears tiny in WebCatalog. I’ve attached a screenshot showing the size issue. It won’t let me post a comparison screen shot from chrome but I think it is pretty obvious what the size should be.
Environment
-
Website: SharpTools
-
WebCatalog Version: 60.28.0
-
Operating System: MAC 15.6
What I’ve Tried
-
Checked app-specific settings in WebCatalog for zoom/scale options
-
Looked through subspace settings
-
Searched documentation and forum for similar issues
Impact
This makes certain website features nearly unusable due to the small popup size. The issue seems related to how WebCatalog handles CSS scaling compared to standard browsers?
Is there a known workaround for this popup scaling issue, or does this need to be fixed in a future update?
