Popup dialogs in SharpTools are smaller than usual

Problem

I’m experiencing a scaling issue where popup dialogs appear much smaller in WebCatalog than they do in Chrome browser. This makes the dialogs difficult to read and interact with.

Example

When using SharpTools, the “Select Speed” popup dialog displays at normal size in Chrome but appears tiny in WebCatalog. I’ve attached a screenshot showing the size issue. It won’t let me post a comparison screen shot from chrome but I think it is pretty obvious what the size should be.

Environment

  • Website: SharpTools

  • WebCatalog Version: 60.28.0

  • Operating System: MAC 15.6

What I’ve Tried

  • Checked app-specific settings in WebCatalog for zoom/scale options

  • Looked through subspace settings

  • Searched documentation and forum for similar issues

Impact

This makes certain website features nearly unusable due to the small popup size. The issue seems related to how WebCatalog handles CSS scaling compared to standard browsers?

Is there a known workaround for this popup scaling issue, or does this need to be fixed in a future update?

Bump on this - no ideas? I did ping tech support over a year ago and heard back that the team will investigate the bug but didn’t hear anything more after following up.

I have been using webcatalog for a long time but this issue is making it very difficult to deal with. Are there alternatives out there that might work for me? Thanks.
