Cannot access my purchased Singlebox from the App Store

Hello,

I have previously purchased Singlebox via the Mac App Store, but the app is no longer available in my country/region. I’ve downloaded the latest version from your official website, but it doesn’t recognize my App Store license and asks for activation again.

Since I no longer have access to the App Store version, could you please help me:

  • Transfer my App Store license to the standalone version?
  • Or provide an alternative way to activate Singlebox?
