Help with upgrading from SingleBox Plus to latest

Does anyone know how to retrieve my singlebox plus key from the Microsoft and Apple App Stores?

I bought the lifetime membership a while ago, but I don’t have the email proof anymore. Their recovery email doesn’t accept my email, even though it should–how do I have access to Plus in the App Store if I never purchased it?
