Singlebox no longer working; tickets not replied to

Hi there,

I have paid for SingelBox a few years ago and use it pretty often. I haven’t had to add a new account to it until recently, and have been unable to. Upon looking more into it, there is a way to transfer over to Webcatalog premium (or whatever) if you already paid for Singlebox premium, but no one is answering my tickets. I have two tickets in right now (since January 7th) and I am at a loss. This feels scammy, the lack of communication about the change is unprofessional, and I’m in a position where I cannot use something I paid for.

I don’t know where to go from here.
